Sweden/La Suède
Anna Bergendahl - 'This is My Life'
Sweden is like, the pop song capital of the Universe, and here is a sweet little pop song sung by someone who wants a soul voice. what is it about this Idol entrants on Eurovision. You would think Eurovison is Europe-Idol or something... or maybe it is... GAH! I have lost all respect for Eurovision... hang on... did I ever have respect for Eurovision....
I can see why this song has done well in Sweden. it appeals to all the little teen princesses waiting for thier parents to give them the next hand out to they have the latest game or whatever. 'mum, i need it because this is my life and you are interfering if you don't give it' whiny little shits. love the cons btw.
Other than the shoes, she is the typical pretty little blonde Sweden sends to manure-o-vision. I think there are stronger songs this year so this wont win, but Sweden always done well thanks to Norway and Iceland... and Finland... and Denmark... love thy neighbour and all
As for Eurovision History. In 1974, Abba Historically changed Eurovision with Waterloo, however in 1973 they competed in national final, something that caused a massive outcry. This did win... after hearing The Nova with 'You're Summer', tell me you dont understand the outcry.
