Apr. 10th, 2009 03:21 pmI am trying to search for a breadmaker hot crossed bun recipe that doesnt require i put the buns on a baking tray and put them in a normal oven at 190 degrees! WTF mate! breadmaker... does everything... seriously people.

Date: 2009-04-10 04:50 pm (UTC)i dont have an objection to taking them out and rolling them into 6 buns, but the recipes I have found are all for like 12-18 buns and I cant be arsed waiting 2 hours until the cooking has finished while i put one lot in after another lot, after another

And be careful with halving recipes - often doesn't work with baking, which is a pretty precise science.
