I kept expecting her to unzip her skin and for an alien to pop out, but then that would be the Slitheen, not Slovene, representative for Eurovision, wouldn't it. A stunt like that would have improved the song though.
She has her own underwear label... and buy the tightness of those pants, she is not promoting that label. she is also a former Miss World contestant. yes, she was Miss Slovenia 2001, none of this makes her a good singer. OK the song is better than the wanna-be operatic piece they sent in last year, but that doesn't make it any good. It is best describes as... Average. She stays reasonably within her limits though and there is none of that bullshit vocal gymnastics, but her limits are well.... limited... lots.
As for Retro, I would usually go to 2002 with Slovenia, but instead I am going back to 1999... or further... 'For a Thousand Years', by Darja Svajger... it felt like it went for 1000 years atleast.... she certainly wasn't a Miss World contestant....
