Circus Mircus is a Prog-rock band that met at circus school a couple years ago and they were not doing too well so they thought they would try their hand at music. The Rasmus are a Alt-rock band who are best known for their 2003 hit 'In the Shadows', which has been used as TV theme music and I believe also advertising, which is probably what Jezebel will end up being used for. Though they both claim to be rock. The Rasmus are the rockier, though it is quite pop.

Though The Rasmus has a following, that does not equate to Eurovision success, artists from Engelbert Humperdinck and Bonnie Tyler to Cascada and tAtU have tried to leverage their fame and failed. Circus Mircus have the ability to use their circus skills to provide an interesting performance, despite sounding like 90s indi music (Caligula meets Ratcat). In the presentation aspect, Circus Mircus may be a little ahead. Could the internal selection in Georgia be more effective than a Finish national selection... maybe

In the end we are comparing a band with 11 songs (Circus Mircus) with one with 11 Albums (Ok two of The Rasmus' albums were compilations) and to be fair The Rasmus has the better song. They are both in the second Semi and The Rasmus, despite being the first song of the night, probably has the wood over Circus Mircus

This round goes to Finland
