ok the funniest things about this is not that marge Simpson is on the cover of playboy, but that the article refers to comments made by the chief exec of Playboy and naturally refers to him by just his last name for most of the article. it creates a disturbing cross over between fiction and reality.

I'm only commenting on this particular entry because it's the most recent public one, so this is fairly random, but I believe you once linked to my website devoted to fictional timelines (in this entry, which I can no longer see), so I just wanted to thank you for doing so, even though I realise it's been quite a long while at this point. ;)

On another note, I've also enjoyed reading your comprehensive Eurovision coverage. :)

OMG that was like 5 years ago. I have now unlocked that entry, but that goes way back...

yeah my LJ went into lock down 3 years ago after I was sacked from a job for bitching about their internal workings on my LJ. 2 months after I was sacked, a friends who still worked their spied an admin chick there (who I generally had little to do with)looking at my lj (he spotted it over her shoulder) and noticed she was flicking between my lj and a spreadsheet.

I am glad someone appreciated my Eurovision coverage! most of my friends hate it, but put up with it because it is only a couple months of the year. cheers hey!

I'm sorry about the real-life problems you faced because of blogging. :( That's becoming an all-too-common story, unfortunately...

I just avoid such topics completely when I'm online as a result.

I'm also sorry your friends don't appreciate your Eurovision posts more, since you give a very good rundown of Eurovision happenings for every country taking part. :) I haven't seen any other blog doing that--and certainly not on LiveJournal.
