odds, as opposed to oods...

first I have to point out that the odds mean nothing. Andorra were a favourite to qualify for the final and be in the top 10 over all last year, and they didn't get through the semi.. So remembering that these still have to qualify.... here are the approximate odds

so from his, the only acts that mater i they get through are Greece, Romania (where if the girl learns how to sing, they might win), Armenia, Bosnia & Hertzegovina, Ireland and, this years favourite Russia, who are yet to win a Eurovision, though their neighbours Estonia, Ukraine and Latvia have all won one.
