REDDI beat out 7 other competitors in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix to go to Eurovision 2022, but little else is know about this band. Intelligent Music Project has been around since 2012, however none of the original musicians are in the current line up, only their businessman founder Milen Vrabevski remains and with an internal selection there is the implication their participation was bought.
Intelligent Music Project is a supergroup that features a seemingly rotating roster of artists from other bands with the current line-up including drummer Stoyan Yankulov who went to Eurovision in 2007 and 2013. REDDI's drummer has also been to Eurovision back in 2012 backing Soluna Samay and making the final just. Unfortunately previous experience in Eurovision however counts for naught.
In the end though it would take a really weak semi for either of these to qualify for the final. REDDI is appealing to the audience with the lyrics and Bulgaria to the faithful with Stoyan. With so many similarly themese songs as REDDI's, Stoyan might be the one to get over Intelligent Music Project over the line
