passionpopyou know how when i was pruning about a month ago I found a rose bush. well after a hack, not only does it have heaps of new growth, but it now has a bud that will flower in about a week...
it looks like another bud is starting too.
i have got part of the rose bush trained to go along the fence. by next winter it should be trained.
my potted rose has a heap of new growth too, but no buds yet. it will be a few weeks before that happens.
i have also finished hacking... i mean pruning the vine out the back. we just need a handy mane to get the its that are not part of the structure of the house out. i also need to clean the creeper at the side of the driveway and clean the other side of the driveway then... then i will have to look for things to do in the garden... i mean there is always weeding, but after fur hours of that recently, i think i will use a spray

Date: 2007-09-05 09:51 am (UTC)I intend to get a few more potted plants once I move up - a Pandan and a curry tree mainly, and probably a tomato. And a bunch of the herbs will need replacing because they've had their year and are now flowering and not doing much else.
