Eurovision party
Apr. 27th, 2009 01:25 pmOne of these days I will book out a hall for the weekend, put in a big screen and watch eurovision in a party party atmosphere. until then I beg for venues.
lets face it, i am uber unorganised.
rodcub appears to be working the entire weekend of Eurovision, so I am liasing with binky and steve (well binky and we will surprise steve...) for a venue for Eurovision at Werribee.
this is the list of Eurovision Delights SBS are providing:
this is not from SBS, it is from ESCToday, who appear more uptodate than SBS when it comes to promotion of these things
with the retirment of Sir Terry Wogan, SBS has also seen fit not to take the UK telecast and take the EBU telecast with our own commentators. atleast it wont be mangy mangan or Effie, it will be Julia Zumerio and someone else
I have indicated it is possibly best to do all of this over two nights because more than that could be more Eurovision/Alcohol than anyone can handle. I will try to get recordings of everything prior to a viewing night.
so at the moment the warning is to keep the weekend of the 15th-17th free for Eurovision.
