sick

last night I started to develop a sore throat and I couldnt sleep. this morning i woke with the sore throat and had troubles eating, So I called in sick, as you do, and went to the doctor.

the doctor gave me antibiotics and three days off, so I called work to tell them. I was told that I still had to call every day to confirm that I wasnt coming in.

I have a medical cert for 3 days. I am not allowed to come into work until after the medical cert expires. I am pretty sure it is law that I am not allowed in, but I have to call every day to confirm the medical cert is valid... wtf mate!
