Vladana has had a lengthy career in Montenegro, she has spent more than half of her 35 years as a singer. Amanda Georgiadi Tenfjord Came to fame about 7 years ago in her mothers native Norway, where Amanda did most of her growing up. Her song Troubled Waters featured in the Netflix series Spinning Out possibly making Amanda the more famous.
Despite repenting her fathers native Greece, Amanda's song is go written by another Norweign songwriter Bjørn Helge Gammelsæter, who has 134 followers on Soundcloud. Vladana has bigger guns as far as Eurovision is concerned with Darko Dimitrov co-writing this song. He has been involved with 9 previous songs that went to Eurovision and 2 further songs for 2020. He has written songs for North Macedonia, Albania, and Serbia, including last years Loco Loco, but this is his first song for Montenegro.
In the end it depends on which song the people prefer, and though initially Vladana's song sounds like the better quality song, the lyrics are weak. Amanda's song is morbid and though after a few listens it is not bad, it is very much something only a teen or tween could listen to on repeat, other than that it is background music.
