The official Eurovision version of this song has about three lines changed from the original, and the changes (in the second verse) are barely noticeable except that the YouTube clip of the original mutes the vocals in a few places due to liberal use of the word ‘fuck’. Either way this is a good song and has potential.
This song has most of the elements you need for a Eurovision win, a good looking singer (he is a model as well as a singer), an interesting song and a gimmick. The Trumpet in this could be up there with epic sax guy as the most memeable Eurovision performance if it is performed right. There are few clues though to how this will be performed live at Eurovision. So far though we have only really seen Mikolas standing in the middle of the stage singing to a backing track and dancing a bit. He is a good dancer though.
Possibly the biggest thing going against this song is that it was released in November 2017, almost 6 months before Eurovision. The song may be a little stale by the time it comes to the final. A fresh hot performance though will definitely change that. This better get the performance it deserves.
