just because i knew that the network issue my colleague could be rectified with some small adjustments that could be made by the it guy telling the chic what to do and wants a physical issue with her pc (he made out like her ethernet was dead... it is onboard and there is no way it would take 30 mins to replace a whole mobo) that doesnt mean i am a geek
