I have been getting Authentication issues from Supernerd. they are so frustrating. it wouldnt be so bad expect that supernerd customer serivce and support opens at 9am est, and i am getting the issues at 6am wst and leaving for work before 7am wst so I cant talk to them about it while the issue are occurring. I first expereicend and notified them of the issue before I housesat for nadine, a month ago

tonight I called them and they confirmed it was an optus issue. the only excuse in the book more reliable and slightly more believeable than the telstra excuse.

I have asked that one of their pretty sounding, but not technically knowledgeable team leaders to call me tomorrow to talk about that issues.

then there is TPG... remember this rant, well May assured me that it was all fised soon after. imagine my surprise when I receved a paper invoice from them this week for the 'outstanding balance' of $60 something.

well I have emailed them to tell them where they can stick that an informed them that they have 24 hours to confirm that they are happy to stick it there. they also have 7 days to send me a cheque for $10 and on the remittance for that cheque, I expect to see that the account is zero'd out. ie: amount outstanding - (amount outstanding +$10) = $ 10 -$10 (cheque) equals zero. 

lets see if the phillipino staff can understand... i highly doubt it though
