mediscare and other hospitalisations

when i was about 16/17 my brother was beating the tar out of me. i dont remember what he lame excuse for violence was at the time, but in the process, i was spreading my legs one fwd and one back so i wouldn't fall as he was smacking me around the head, he then forced my head down and it went straight into my knee. i fell and my nose started bleeding. michael demanded to mum (who was standing near by while all of this was happening) that i had to go to hospital because i had a broken nose. mum didnt want to take me because, michael being about 20, he might get in trouble or even charged with assault for what happened

now i am getting my nose fixed.

i wonder if i could sue mum for damages or negligence for not taking me to hospital back then....

anyway that is getting straightened and i had to go to hospital anyway because there is a heap of fluid in the rear of my sinuses, that just needs to go

so i  am booked into the mount hospital in 2 weeks (yay for private health insurance) for that. I have heard that hospital is pretty plush so.... there is more time out of the leave i booked that i was going to just laze around, but now i wont be

anyway the two appointments at the specialist cost a total of $165, of which i got $97 back. that annoyed me.... but i was eating banana ice cream when i got the money back so i was more concerned about the ic cream
