We have recently tried to contact you regarding your Bupa health membership and unfortunately have been unable to reach you.
We really do want to talk to you so please call our friendly Bupa customer care team on 1800 819 092, between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm EST Monday to Friday so we can discuss your Bupa membership.
Alternatively you can reply to this email with your preferred contact time and number and we’ll give you a call.
my reply:
this was the Bupa membership I cancelled right because I didn't receive the notification on your change in coverage noting that you now have approved dental providers which my dentist is not one of so now I get STUFF ALL coverage for my dental with you, and STUFF ALL is a great deal less than what I was told I got when I first signed up to you.
please forward documentation proving I was insured with you to Medibank
