Eurovison Review: Ukraine

The Ukaraines entry to Eurovision this year was involved wih a little controversy. a Eurvision entry must be an original song that is released in a certain timeframe to qulaify, but it turns out that greenjolly's song was a ripoff of an old "revolution" song. so as to qualify they changed to offending lyrics to English. and tonight I listened to Greenjolly - "Razom nas bahato"

I think there is somthing in that for all of us. Back to Eurovision, I am scared and scarred by the fact that I have today listened to Ukrainian rap. At least this song doesn' rip of a previous Eurovision winner... infact it manages to stear clear of anything that will ever win Eurovision

This song 3.16, which is a little over the 3minutes allocated to a Eurovision song. however the first 14 seconds is a mood creating silence and the last few seonds are fireworks going off, which I believe wont be going off anywhere outside of the Ukraine on Eurovision night. intereting use of Violins (actully I love violins in pop music, they should be used more). after hearing this song 3 times today I am over it. no points for Greenjolly - "Razom nas bahato"
