Actually the translation is now most notably or most strikingly dressed, which doesn't convey the horror that this award usually should bring. It possibly also explains why Bulgaria, the most plain dressed, did not rate in the top 5. 

Fifth went to Israel,  for her big reveal that was big revealing. 

Fourth went to United Kingdom, which I thought was a bit cruel. he already got the double doughnut. Stop kicking the man

Third went to Croatia, who were deserving of the win

Second went to Romania, but tbh, her attire was not as bad as her vocals. 

and the winner... defies explanation....
