Eurovision - Australia Decides: Can We Make Heaven

Diana Rouvas won The Voice on her second attempt in 2019, after previously finishing 5th in 2012. Her win bettered Jack Vidgen, who is also competing in Australia decides. She was an early favourite on The Voice but in Eurovision she will have an early exit, so early she wont make it to Rotterdam. 

This is a big song for someone with a big voice, that Diana can do, but lyrically this song lacking. Almost half of this song is the line "Can we make Heaven" including the last 40 seconds of the song. It is fortunate Eurovision songs have to be 3 minutes or less or we would have another 5 minutes of the same line over and over

For what little material she has given herself with the song lyrically, she has really turned it into a Diana show, or at least a mini Tina Arena show. Diana's early career was as a backing vocalist for Tina and Diana seems to try to emulate Tina's sound in this song. It is not completely crap though, mainly because it ends.
